If you don’t have your card, you can get answers by reaching out to our Member Services team:

• Group plan members (plans through work) – 866-843-3461. We take calls 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT, Monday - Friday
• Medicare members – 888-360-0544 (TTY 711). From Oct. 1 through March 31, we take calls 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, seven days a week. From April 1 through Sept. 30, we take calls 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, Monday - Friday.
