Plus, with your out-of-network benefit, you can also see any provider across the U.S. who accepts Medicare. You’ll pay the same costs as if your provider were in network.

Yes, prescription drug coverage (Part D) is included.

With our Part D coverage, your copays will be as low as $0 for formulary medicines in Tiers 1 and 2. You also won’t pay a deductible or more than $35 for a one-month supply of each covered insulin product, and there’s no copay or deductible for most vaccines (like Shingrix, Tdap and MMR). And new for 2024, you’ll pay a $0 copay for Part D-covered drugs if you have to enter the catastrophic coverage stage.

All plans have an annual maximum dental benefit for preventive and comprehensive dental coverage built in, at no extra cost to you.You can see any dental provider you want, and there’s no deductible or waiting period for coverage.

All plans include in-network coverage for up to nine months of annual domestic travel. You’ll also have access to pre-travel consultations and worldwide emergency and urgent care coverage, with additional assistance through Assist America^® .*

All plans include coverage for routine hearing and eye exams, coverage for hearing aids through TruHearing^®, and a gym membership and home fitness kit through our partnership with SilverSneakers^® .

All plans offer a quarterly allowance to spend on select over-the-counter products and supplies like pain relievers, cough medicine, first aid items and more – saving you money on the essentials you need every day.

All plans feature our HealthPartners Choice Card, giving you more power to choose the Medicare benefits that matter most to you.

This prepaid card can be used to pay for non-Medicare covered chiropractic services, non-Medicare-covered prescription eyewear, copays for hearing aids from TruHearing^® , and home-delivered meals from Mom’s Meals following an inpatient hospital or skilled nursing facility stay.
