Fitness club membership and home fitness kits
With the Silver&Fit® Exercise & Healthy Aging Program*, you can get a membership at a participating fitness club at no extra cost to you. If you’d rather work out at home, choose the Home Fitness Program. You get two Home Fitness kits – and you can choose the activities that interest you most.

Benefit allowance for dental services
HealthPartners UnityPoint Health plan members will have a $1,000 dental benefit to use for preventive care or basic restorative services (things like fillings, simple tooth extractions, non-surgical periodontics and root canals). You can use any dental provider and there are no waiting periods.
Non-Medicare covered eyewear
New for 2020, a $100 for non-Medicare covered prescription eyewear. You can visit any optical provider.
Hearing aids through TruHearing
We're excited to partner with TruHearing to offer hearing aids for a $699 or $999 copay (depending on technology level) per ear, two each year.
You'll have a TruHearing consultant to call with questions about benefits, for help finding providers and even scheduling an appointment through a three-way call. At your appointments, you'll get an audiogram and discuss hearing aid options. Plus, you can place an order and make copays at the doctor's office.
After your purchase, you'll get three follow-up visits for fittings and adjustments and a 45-day risk-free trial. Hearing aids arrive in two to seven days. Keep in mind, you must use TruHearing providers to get this benefit.
Travel coverage for care away from home
Our plans offer a travel benefit. This benefit lets you stay enrolled in the plan while you’re traveling in the U.S. To qualify, you’ll need to be traveling outside of your home state for at least 30 days. You’ll get all plan-covered services at your in-network benefit level for up to nine consecutive months. To start this benefit, call Member Services at 888-360-0544 (TTY 711). Let them know when you plan to leave and when you plan to come back.
If something unexpected happens while you're more than 100 miles from home or in a foreign country, you'll have Assist America on your side. Call 24/7 nationwide and worldwide to talk to experienced clinicians who can help determine your need for medical care or coordinate post-stabilization transportation to the nearest facility or your home. Easy options to get and manage medicine
Pick up your medicine from an in-network pharmacy, or use our preferred cost-sharing mail order pharmacy to have prescriptions delivered***. There’s no extra cost for delivery. You can usually expect to get your meds within five to eight business days from the time the pharmacy receives your order.

- Seeking a pharmacist’s opinion about your medicine? In RxCheckup, our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program, you’ll meet with a pharmacist at no cost to you. The pharmacist can help make sure the medicine you’re taking is safe, effective and right for you.
Support and information every step of the way
We’re here to support you whenever you have questions about your care. Through our telehealth initiative, you’ll be able to visit online with our care team, right from your computer, mobile phone or tablet.
You can always contact Member Services with any questions. Just call 888-360-0544 (TTY 711). From Oct. 1 through March 31, we take calls from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, seven days a week. You’ll speak with a representative.
From April 1 through Sept. 30, call us 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday to speak with a representative. On Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays, you can leave a message and we’ll get back to you within one business day. We can answer questions about perks and benefits or other plan details.
