Fitness club memberships and at-home workout kits
With the Silver&Fit® Exercise & Healthy Aging Program*, you can get a membership at a participating fitness club at no extra cost to you. If you’d rather work out at home, choose the Home Fitness Program. You get two Home Fitness kits – and you can choose the activities that interest you most.

Dental care: cleanings and check-ups are included
HealthPartners UnityPoint Health plan members get preventive dental benefits at no extra cost. These dental benefits cover once-a-year check-ups and cleanings, as well as dental X-rays every other year. There’s no required network. That means you can pick a dentist you really like – whether that’s a dentist you’ve seen for years or one whose office is right around the corner.
Travel coverage for care away from home
Our plans offer a visitor/traveler benefit. The benefit lets you stay enrolled in the plan while you’re traveling in the U.S. To qualify, you’ll need to be traveling outside of your home state for at least 30 days. You’ll get all plan-covered services at your in-network benefit level for up to nine consecutive months. To start this benefit, call Member Services at 888-360-0544 (TTY 711). Let them know when you plan to leave and when you plan to come back.
We’ve also partnered with Assist America, Inc., to help if you need emergency care while you’re traveling in the United States or around the world. Benefits include support from doctors, nurses and EMTs on call 24 hours a day, and help returning home or to the nearest facility after an emergency (if you need it).
Easy options to get and manage medicine
Pick up your medicine from an in-network pharmacy, or use our preferred cost-sharing mail order pharmacy myMailRx to have prescriptions delivered**. With myMailRx, there’s no extra cost for delivery. And most members get a three-month supply for just two to two-and-a-half copays. You can usually expect to get your meds within five to eight business days from the time the pharmacy receives your order.

- Seeking a pharmacist’s opinion about your medicine? In RxCheckup, our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program, you’ll meet with a pharmacist at no cost to you. The pharmacist can help make sure the medicine you’re taking is safe, effective and right for you.
Support and information at every step of the way
We’re there to support you whenever you have questions about your care. Through our telehealth initiative, you’ll be able to visit online with our care team, right from your computer, mobile phone or tablet.
